Is the parking private?
Yes. We provide a private, gated car park. Each accommodation has one parking space, with free parking on our large car park.
Are pets welcome?
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends! Pets are accepted on request and subject to conditions. A supplement of €3/night will be charged. Each guest is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s peace and quiet, so we ask you to ensure the property remains quiet and to keep your companions on a lead within the premises.
Is Motel Ascot close to the beach?
Yes! We are located at 16, Promenade de la Plage, right on the seafront in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Access to the motel is only via the seafront road, before the blue Motel Ascot sign. Motel Ascot is less than 50 metres from the beach. Cross the road and you will reach the beaches of the French Riviera. You can choose between public beaches and private beaches…
Are you close to the racecourse?
We are 500 m from the racecourse, about a 5-minute walk. Our property regularly welcomes professionals and enthusiasts of horse racing, as well as trade show exhibitors. A “partners” offer is available for all events on request.
